Take a look at the floating umbrellas on the streets of Agueda, Portugal. This is the second year in a row Agueda has strung up umbrellas for a seasonal splash of color.

COMMENT:  Consider the tale of two umbrella attractions. You’ve got this one on a shoestring budget and the $100 million urban parasol in Seville. They’re at opposite ends of the spectrum in almost every way, yet both are very effective. They create powerful impressions and get great coverage.
